About us
Our Story
The Holding Circle was born from lived experience. As a mother and social worker, I understand how overwhelming those early weeks can be—especially without family nearby. I created this organization to offer the kind of support every new parent deserves: practical, nurturing, and rooted in community.
Here for you, one family at a time
Free, In-Home Postpartum Support in South Florida.
Our trained volunteers are background screened and come to your home with warmth, patience, and a helping hand. We aren’t medical professionals. We’re caring neighbors who know how heavy the early weeks can feel, and we’re here so you don’t have to do them alone. We support your family for up to 12 weeks postpartum.

We are volunteers, not clinicians. If you need medical or mental health care, we’ll gladly help you find it.
